Quick Porting Tips:

Porting normally takes 1-2 weeks (2-4 for international)

If you submit a mobile port, include your IMEI or ESN located under you mobile phone's battery.

Common Porting delays or rejections are caused by:

- Bills with a past-due balance

- Out of date bill.

- PIC freezes (locks on your numbers). If you have a PIC freeze with your phone company you must notify them and have it removed.

- Lack of signature with port submission.

We will not initiate porting until you have created an account on the sign up page and added sufficient funds.

Number portability is an essential service for VoIP providers. Number portability allows residential and business customers the ability to take their existing phone numbers and transfer them to other phone companies. The staff at Spout understands that porting is a detailed process and can take some time. We intend on helping you with this process every step of the way to make it as smooth and efficient as possible.

We support Number Portability for: Canada, United States, International, Toll Free (USA/Canada/International).
We can also port mobile numbers and convert them into SIP-based DID numbers.

Local Number Portability (LNP)

Port Fee: $15 CAD per Canadian and USA DID number (major rate centers)

$25 CAD per Canadian DID number (premium / rural rate centers)

Local Number Portability can take between 1-2 weeks on average.

Toll Free Porting (TFP)

Port Fee: $15 CAD per Canadian/US Toll Free number port

To port to our network you must include: your latest phone bill, and the completed form below.

Toll Free Number Portability can take between 1-2 weeks on average.

International Number Porting (INP) / International Toll Free Porting (ITFP)

Port Fee: $30 CAD per International / International Toll Free number port

To port to our network you must include: your latest phone bill, and the completed form below.

Toll Free Number Portability can take between 2-4 weeks on average.
